Sara provides leadership and vision to grow the organization, ensuring financial strength and operational efficiency, leveraging 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
She has held senior roles, including SVP and CCO of exploration and production companies, overseeing all aspects of the business: regulatory compliance, strategy development, new business, sales, project execution, facility management, finance, legal, and human resources, with full P&L accountability.
In 2017, Sara founded RDRC, where she implemented action plans that increased strategic framework agreements with global customers, driving business growth and strong performance for both mature and new oil & gas producers. She works closely with clients to assess compliance strengths and project viability, enabling better forecasting and risk management.
Sara was educated at the University of Houston, Texas Southern University, and Texas A&M University, and has served as a Guest Lecturer on ESG at the C.T. Bauer College of Business (University of Houston).

Fredrick Turner, Jr. is a Certified Public Accountant with 19 years of management experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He specializes in Revenue Accounting and has worked with large, midsize, and startup organizations at progressive levels.
Throughout his career, Fredrick has provided tax, accounting, and professional services to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Fredrick is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants – Houston Chapter, the National Society of Black CPAs, Inc., and is also a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Rees Arnim is an innovative energy leader with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He brings over 19 years of multinational experience across exploration, development, and production, holding roles from COO to Director of Operations.
He has managed projects and multi-disciplined teams to optimize operations and maximize value, with expertise in both vertical and horizontal well development. Rees has served as an independent consultant and held key positions at QRI, Marathon Oil, Encana Oil & Gas, and Southwestern Energy.

Cynthia Villacorta is a skilled oil and gas professional with over 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance and licensing maintenance. She has cultivated strong relationships with both state and federal agencies and brings extensive knowledge across multiple U.S. states, including areas where BLM and Tribal Land compliance is critical.
Cynthia plays a key role in evaluating regulatory compliance for new and existing operations and develops compliance systems and documentation to ensure ongoing adherence to regulations.

Sarah Kirk brings 30 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, working as both a Field Landman and In-House Landman. She has conducted extensive courthouse and abstract research, preparing mineral take-offs for title opinions and lease checks across the Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana.
She negotiates leases, surface agreements, and damage releases, and has led large acquisition and divestiture due diligence projects, including work for Hay Maker Minerals and NeSField Exploration. Sarah previously owned an independent Land Brokerage, Acquisition, and Due Diligence firm for 14 years, serving clients such as Phillips and Transco.
